Alternate locking mechanism in Vista

I cannot seem to get the alternate locking mechanism to work. You say in the readme I have to be a full administrator when running Vista. I am, but I can not get it to work.

First of all sorry for the long delay in replying, I have been very busy with other things recently.

Could you explain what happens, i.e. do you get an error or anything?
