When i Run moveaction it gives me this message (Delphi 2009)

[DCC Fatal Error] mainthread.pas(7): F2063 Could not compile used unit '..\common\jlcvideo\AviCaptura.pas'

I have downloaded JLCVideo component package from here http://rapidshare.com/files/181225928/JLCVideo.rar.html

How to install it, i also tried installing new packages, but it didn't work, please help me installing this components!!

I've never compiled under Delphi 2009 though.
